The Land & Hunts
The
Old Timer offers some of the finest duck hunting in Arkansas.
We believe in game management, and support the following associations:
Ducks
Unlimited,
National
Wild Turkey Federation, Arkansas Acres For Wildlife,
Arkansas
Game And Fish Commission, U.S Fish and WIldlife Service, and above
all the National Rifle Association.
Our
guided hunts take place on over 1000 acres of private land irrigated
by the Big Lag rue Bayou in Monroe County, AR, and two private
deep water wells. We offer experienced guides with experience
ranging from 7 to 45 years in order to provide the safest and
most successful hunting available.
During
the off season our employees spend every working hour meticulously
grooming each and every acre of our field and timber land to offer
the most exciting hunts in the Mississippi Flyway. The fact is
ducks like water and lately there hasn't been enough of it in
this area to meet the commercial hunting demand. Our land management
program ensures that every timber hole or field on our property
has water regardless of rain. We strive to keep the land as natural
and as beautiful as possible while providing the perfect duck
hunting environment.

Old
Timer invites you and your children to capture the excitement
of a youth hunt. We encourage children to hunt because we believe
it teaches the correct uses for a firearm, and we believe that
you can never start teaching that too young.

addition to duck hunting, we have extended our game management
into our whitetail deer population. Whether you're male or female,
you'll find that our deer management program allows us to offer
some of the most exciting whitetail hunting available for the
gun hunter and bow hunter alike.

Do Not Hunt Public Land.
